Welcome to All in for Glasgow
What is All in for Glasgow?
All in for Glasgow is co-designing support services for people in the city affected by homelessness during the cost of living crisis and beyond. Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership appointed Homeless Network Scotland to facilitate this programme which brought commissioners, service providers and people with direct experience of homelessness together as a service design team.
The first phase of this work was completed over 5 design sessions between February and August 2024. All the slides and reports from this phase are available from this page.
GCHSCP has advised that the tender release schedule is mid-October 2024 for publication of the contract notice and invitation to tender.
Service Design Sessions
All in For Glasgow focuses on creating the conditions for great collaboration that can advance service delivery by implementing the solutions that are proven to work – a crucial factor in this moment.

A whole-system approach to support
The new service will help people to navigate different parts of the system – joining up the commissioned service with the statutory support and assessments people interact with and the community support and connections they have. Touchpoints were tested using diverse personas representing real people that use our services.
