The Ending Homelessness Together Monitor

The Measuring Impact Task and Finish Group was appointed by the Scottish Government and COSLA Homelessness Prevention and Strategy Group. The purpose of the short-life group was to deliver an outcome focused framework that can measure the impact of the Ending Homelessness Together plan. The new framework, called the Ending Homelessness Together Monitor, is provided as a supplement to the report.
