A creative and relaxed half-day, in-person workshop generating solutions and ideas for workplace wellbeing.   

Join us for a collaborative day with the homelessness workforce, sharing ideas, gratitude and examples of how we can navigate the emotional impact of our work tackling housing insecurity and homelessness across Scotland 

Location: Glasgow, venue TBC

Duration: 10:00-14:00 with breaks 

Dates: 6 February 2025

About the workshop 

The workshop involves facilitated discussion and creative methods including drawing, origami and housebuilding with magnetic blocks. We use playful techniques to open up tricky conversations. Participation is always voluntary, and the day will include individual reflection, discussion in pairs on tables and together in a group.

Useful for

The workshop is designed for frontline homelessness services and teams working on Housing Options. It will be relevant for third sector organisations and local authorities. It will be useful for both workers and volunteers. There is no specific content for line managers or leaders, but the day will still be relevant broadly.  

Accessibility and adjustments

If there are barriers to participating in an in-person workshop and adjustments we can make to mitigate barriers, please let a member of the team know how we can help. Examples include, but are not limited to, frequent or extended breaks, sending materials in advance, and requesting printed materials.

Details of the venue can be provided upon request. There is step free access with a lift but no electric doors at the entrance.
